Getting closer and closer to being fully ”on-boarded” at UCB to be eligible to work in the lab, fixing access cards and necessary trainings. A very inspiring step a long the process is going through online training in lab safety and especially the very clear and informative directives on how to treat negative workspace situations like harrassments and misconduct. The informative, very accurate and modern training is something we all should have on our workspaces, something to bring to Sweden. The learning activity show for example how students can get needed support and help, what is needed from staff and especially shines a strong light on how different people feel about work-related social issues and how to create a respectful and great work environment.

However, soon writing with safety glasses in the lab! Doing some initial chemistry.. have been waiting to get started!
